Global acquisition programme · In development

Acquire with purpose.
Finance with discipline.

A proposed pathway for acquiring companies worldwide, requiring evaluation through all 42 Stations / Stages, with evidence behind the operating case and every capital decision.

Programme preparation. No bond offer or JSE admission is announced on this page.

From introduction
to long-term ownership.

We are developing a repeatable process for evaluating acquisitions, preparing financing and coordinating the parties responsible for execution. The initial focus follows SourceEnergy’s energy, infrastructure, strategic materials and enabling-technology mandate.

Global reach requires local diligence. Each target’s jurisdiction, ownership, operating needs and lawful cash-transfer routes must be understood before capital is committed.

42 Stations / Stages.
One complete evaluation.

Empire / Capitalization · Investment Banking Cross Chain. The proposed JSE–SETC acquisition-bond pathway sits within this existing cross-chain assignment. It carries the complete evaluation dossier into capital structuring, treasury and authorized bank handoffs. Cross-chain here describes the operating connection; no blockchain bridge or token transfer is implemented.

Every acquisition must be evaluated through all 42 Stations / Stages. Six blocks of seven preserve the published station names and order. Each seventh station reviews the whole block before progression; station 42 also reviews the complete journey.

Record evidence references, an accountable owner, an independent reviewer, findings, decision, rationale and review date for every station. Missing evidence or an unresolved hold blocks progression. No station is skipped because a company is already operating.

Station reference framework. Case-specific evaluations are recorded in the protected acquisition register. Acquisition-specific evidence and reviewer roles below are proposed for adoption. The source curriculum itself remains subject to curriculum approval. Internal work remains private; external release requires explicit authority.

SETC evaluation is required programme evidence. A completed review does not authorize an acquisition, a securities offer, JSE admission, currency dealing or a capital transfer. Those decisions require their own authorized parties and records.

01

Establish the opportunity

Identify the company, ownership, transaction rationale and country-specific requirements.

02

Underwrite the business

Review operating performance and the cash that can lawfully support acquisition debt.

03

Structure the capital

Assess equity, bonds and other financing against repayment capacity and the transaction timetable.

04

Complete the acquisition

Coordinate authorized funding, escrow release, bank settlement and evidence of ownership.

05

Steward and repay

Monitor operations, reporting, debt service and any later refinancing or disposal.

Market access is a route.
Cash flow is the foundation.

For suitable acquisitions, assess sponsor equity, corporate bonds, bank financing and seller participation against the same operating and downside case.

A potential Jamaica Stock Exchange route remains subject to issuer eligibility, applicable offering requirements, intermediary engagement and separate admission decisions. No exchange partnership or financing commitment is implied.

Fund the acquisition

Define the buyer, use of proceeds, equity contribution and closing conditions.

Service the debt

Plan payments from cash legally available to the issuer after operating needs and prior obligations.

Keep future options open

Evaluate refinancing, equity or asset sales when appropriate. A future raise is a contingent option, not a guaranteed repayment source.

Keep the evidence
with the decision.

The proposed JSE–SETC pathway sits within the Investment Banking Cross Chain on the Empire / Capitalization block. It connects the full 42-stage acquisition dossier with independent readiness review, capital structuring, treasury preparation and ongoing oversight.

Readiness review, regulatory filings, exchange admission and bank settlement remain separate decisions. Authorized financial institutions execute payments and capital transfers.
